Support Local — Yes, We Mean Bras Too! Red Deer Bra Stores

Kimtimates | Your Independent Bra Fit Specialists in Central Alberta

Your local businesses need your continued support. (Yes, pun intended!)

In the past year alone, Central Alberta has lost three bra retailers. Two independent boutiques and one national department store have closed, leaving fewer places to get fitted, fewer size options on the rack, and a growing need for true bra-fitting expertise.

Recently Closed Red Deer & Area Bra Stores:

  • The Bra Lounge | Downtown Red Deer (Closed December 2024)

  • EFP Intimates | Innisfail (Closed June 2025)

  • The Bay | Bower Place, Red Deer (Closed June 2025)

The Bra Lounge and EFP Intimates both carried a broad assortment of styles and sizes, including premium European brands like Primadonna, Elomi, Fantasie and Panache, along with Canadian brands like Montelle and Bravado. The Bay focused more on North American brands such as Wacoal, Triumph, Olga and WonderBra, which are well-loved by many shoppers.

With these stores gone, many people are now searching for alternatives. If you’ve been wondering where to get a proper bra fitting in Red Deer or Innisfail, Kimtimates is here to help.

Enter Kimtimates: Local, Independent, and Fit-Focused

At Kimtimates, your Red Deer bra store, we specialize in DD+ bra fitting and carry many of the same high-quality European brands that customers have come to rely on. You’ll find Primadonna, Elomi, Panache, Anita and more, with prices ranging from $73 to $190. Most bras fall around the $100 mark, depending on the brand and style.

But it’s not just about the selection. It’s about the fit.

With over twenty years of experience fitting bras in three different countries, and a university degree in lingerie design, founder and breast cancer survivor, Kimberly Hamilton, brings international bra expertise to Central Alberta.

We don’t use measuring tapes. We fit by eye, using technical knowledge and years of experience. We ask questions, we listen, and we offer in-store alterations when needed. Our goal is not to guess your size. It’s to help you find the best fit for your body and your lifestyle.

Kimberly has been passionate about bra fit since 2002, bringing over 20 years of global experience in intimate apparel design and fitting. Her expertise is rare in Canada, making Kimtimates the go-to destination for full-bust and plus-size bras.

Kimtimates respectfully acknowledges that our business in Red Deer, Alberta, is situated on Treaty 7 land in southwestern Alberta, near the boundary of Treaty 6 land, which encompasses the central Alberta region.

Since time immemorial, the Blackfoot, Tsuu T'ina, Stoney Nakoda, Cree, Saulteaux Nations, and Métis peoples have stewarded these prosperous prairie lands. As the initial caretakers of the land, water, and ice, we honor and respect the enduring presence of Indigenous communities, their culture, and contributions. As settlers on this land, we are committed to continuous learning, respect, and building meaningful partnerships with the Indigenous peoples of this land.
