Kimtimates "Give $10, Get $10" Referral Program Terms & Conditions
1. Overview
Kimtimates offers customers the opportunity to earn rewards toward future purchases by referring friends to our store. By participating in the "Give $10, Get $10" Referral Program ("Program"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Definitions

Referrer: An individual who refers new customers to Kimtimates.

Referred Customer: A new customer who has not previously made a purchase at Kimtimates and who makes their first purchase using the Referrer's unique referral link, code or card.

Qualified Referral: A Referred Customer's first purchase at Kimtimates totalling $100 or more (before tax and shipping) using a valid referral link, code or card.

Referral Reward: A $10 discount code awarded to the Referrer for each Qualified Referral.
3. Referral Process

Referrers can share their unique referral link, code or card with friends.

When a Referred Customer makes their first purchase of $100 or more using the referral link, code or card they will receive $10 off their order.

After the Referred Customer’s purchase is confirmed, the Referrer will receive a $10 discount code for use on a future order.
4. Referral Reward Details

Referral Rewards are valid for one-time use and cannot be combined or stacked with other referral codes, discounts, multi-buy products or promotions. Limit one referral code per order.

Referral Rewards are non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and may have an expiration date as specified by Kimtimates.

Referral codes cannot be used to purchase gift cards.

Kimtimates reserves the right to modify or cancel the Program at any time.
5. Eligibility

Participants must be at least 18 years old.

Employees of Kimtimates and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

The Program is intended for personal use only; commercial or bulk referrals are not permitted.
6. General Terms

Kimtimates reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these Terms & Conditions or engages in fraudulent, suspicious, or abusive activity.

All decisions by Kimtimates regarding the Program are final.
