Shipping Information
Shopping online with Kimtimates is simple and hassle-free. We offer free shipping across Canada on orders over $249.
Order Processing & Delivery
Orders are typically processed within three (3) business days. Once processed, your parcel will be shipped via Canada Post Xpresspost. In the event of a postal disruption, we’ll make every effort to find a suitable alternative so your order arrives promptly.
Flat-Rate Shipping Within Canada:

Western Canada (AB, BC, SK, MB): $19 + applicable taxes

Eastern Canada (ON, QC, NB, NS, NL, PE): $29 + applicable taxes

Territories (YT, NT, NU): $29 + applicable taxes
At this time, we do not ship to the United States or internationally. If you'd like to be notified when international shipping becomes available, please join our email list.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to have a good fit, and a smooth experience. That’s why we accept returns and exchanges on select items, provided they meet the conditions below.
Eligible Items
Only bras are eligible for return (store credit only) or exchange. Items must be unworn, with tags intact, and in new condition.

In-Store Purchases: Return or exchange within 7 days of purchase with receipt.

Online Orders: Request return authorization within 7 days of delivery.
Returns beyond 7 days cannot be accepted.
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

Panties

Swimwear
-
Shapewear
-
Accessories (including Evenly Bra Balancers and Evenly Subtle Shapers)

Any item with a gusset (crotch)

Refunds
We do not offer refunds to your original payment method. Approved returns will be issued as store credit to your Kimtimates account.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method.

Kimtimates is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Once your item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email if your return has been accepted. If approved, your store credit will be applied to your Kimtimates account.
Exchanges for Defects or Damage
We only exchange worn products if they are defective or damaged. If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us at hello@kimtimates.com with details and photos, if possible.

Once we receive the item, we’ll inspect it and notify you by email whether you qualify for a replacement.
