How Special Orders Work
To place a special order, simply contact us! Pre-payment is required, and we can arrange payments in-store, over the phone, or by email.

Most special orders arrive within 2–4 weeks. If we’re unable to secure your item within 8 weeks, we’ll provide a full refund upon request. (Please note: pre-season styles, booked months in advance, are excluded from this guarantee.)

Not all brands are available for special order due to minimum order requirements, or fashion styles needing to be booked months in advance. Contact us for more information about brands not listed above.

Please Note:
Special orders are final sale — no returns or exchanges on styles, sizes, or colours. We strongly encourage you to book a fitting beforehand, or limit your order to styles and sizes you’ve worn previously and know work well for you.
