We get it — life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice. Missed appointments or same-day cancellations may result in a forfeited deposit (if collected at time of booking). Any paid deposits will be held as store credit or transferred to a future appointment — just let us know what works best for you. Thank you for valuing our time, just as we value yours!
