Kimtimates respectfully acknowledges that our business in Red Deer, Alberta, is situated on Treaty 7 land in southwestern Alberta, near the boundary of Treaty 6 land, which encompasses the central Alberta region.

Since time immemorial, the Blackfoot, Tsuu T'ina, Stoney Nakoda, Cree, Saulteaux Nations, and Métis peoples have stewarded these prosperous prairie lands. As the initial caretakers of the land, water, and ice, we honor and respect the enduring presence of Indigenous communities, their culture, and contributions. As settlers on this land, we are committed to continuous learning, respect, and building meaningful partnerships with the Indigenous peoples of this land.
